Devan Bouchard, MASc.

Devan Bouchard, MASc. has a diverse work experience in leadership and strategic capacities. Devan is the President and CEO of Encepta, where they have supported teams and customers in the development and application of technology for outside plant infrastructure challenges. As a founder, they have played multiple roles in the organization's growth journey. Devan also worked as an Entrepreneur at The Alacrity Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that trains and mentors young entrepreneurs in the technology sector. At Mustang Survival, they served as a Project Engineer, focusing on product development and management of dry suits for professional and military customers. Devan played a key role in developing new business opportunities through design innovation and customer interactions.

Devan Bouchard, MASc., completed a Master of Applied Science (MASc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria. This educational achievement occurred between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, Bouchard obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia. This undergraduate degree was attained from 2000 to 2006.
