Nora Toro

Nora Toro has an extensive background in geospatial analysis, artificial intelligence, and data science, currently serving as Senior Manager of Client Tools at Encepta since January 2021, following roles as Manager and Data Scientist within the same company. Previously, Nora held the position of Technical Sales Coordinator and GIS Analyst at TRE Altamira from August 2016 to December 2020, as well as Junior GIS Analyst. Earlier experience includes working as a Data Reporting Analyst and GIS Analyst CO-OP student at the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure. Nora's education includes a Master's degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography and an Advanced Diploma in GIS from Vancouver Island University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Earth and Environmental Science from The University of British Columbia.
