Stephen Lau

Stephen Lau has a strong background in engineering, particularly in the telecommunications industry. Stephen worked at Encepta as the Vice President of Engineering from October 2016 until present, where they focused on quality assurance of engineering design and provided training and mentorship to team members. Prior to that, they worked at Telecon as an Outside Plant Engineering – Project Manager from July 2012 to September 2016.
