Decha B.

Decha B. has a long and varied work experience. In 2004, they began their career as a Human Resources Generalist for Texas ProFab Corporation, a U.S. Sheet Metal Fabricator/Manufacturer. In 2006, they moved to Sauda as a Human Resources Manager. In 2008, they became a Human Resources Executive for the Dallas Cowboys, a sports and entertainment franchise. In 2012, they held the role of Regional Human Resources Business Partner for Starting Point Human Capital and President for B, LLC. In 2015, they were a Human Resources & Payroll Director for Grubbs Infiniti. From 2016 to 2022, they held various roles at Beyond Health Management Solutions, including Chief Human Resources Officer, HR Business Partner, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Regional Human Resources Director. In 2022, they began their current role as VP, HR Business Partner for Enchanted Fairies, a national organization that donates to many children's charities.

Decha B. is currently enrolled in Harvard Business School, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to this, Decha B. completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
