Jay McCrary

Jay McCrary is an experienced project manager currently employed at Enchanted Rock since October 2025, with previous roles including Manufacturing Manager at NOV from March 2021 to May 2023, where the focus was on continuous improvement and efficiency in the oil well drill bit industry. Prior experience includes positions at National Oilwell Varco, where skills in CNC programming and management of 24/7 production operations were applied from April 2016 to June 2018, and earlier roles as a CNC Machinist and Focus Factory Manager.
