Dave Warner, CSSGB, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical consulting, training, and project management. Warner's career began in the United States Air Force as a Technical Training Instructor and Electronics Technician, where significant contributions included developing training materials and maintaining complex communication systems. Subsequent roles at various organizations, including FileNet and IBM, solidified expertise in Document Management Systems and ECM solutions, evidenced by multiple awards for exceeding performance quotas. As an owner of Diamond Marketing Solutions and a commissioner for the Village of Diamond, Warner has also demonstrated strong leadership in social marketing and municipal project oversight. Educational qualifications include degrees in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from Kankakee Community College and the US Air Force.
