Senior Application Engineer at enChoice

Gordon McArthur has extensive experience in the field of electronic content management (ECM) and business process flow (BPM). Gordon worked as a Senior Application Engineer at enChoice, Inc. from 2015 to the present. Prior to that, they served as a Technical Project Manager at RSCA from 2014 to 2015. Before that, they worked at Group Health Cooperative from 2008 to 2014, first as an ECM Contractor and later as a Datacap and FileNet ECM Consultant.

In addition, Gordon McArthur was the owner of Imagina Inc, a consulting service specializing in ECM, BPM, records management, and electronic document imaging. During their tenure from 2009 to 2014, they focused on IBM's FileNet suite of products, Kwikwork from enChoice, and Datacap imaging software. Gordon incorporated Lean methodologies to improve back-office efficiency.

Gordon McArthur's earlier experience includes roles at Plexus Corp / SeaMED Corp, Plexus Corp, SeaMED/Plexus Corp., SeaMED, MidCOM, and the Logos Foundation, where they served in various IT and analyst roles.

Gordon McArthur pursued their education starting from 1979 to 1980 at Trinity Western University, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Religious Studies. Gordon then continued their studies at Simon Fraser University from 1980 to 1982 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics. Additionally, in November 2019, Gordon obtained the certification of IBM Certified Solution Designer - Datacap V9.0 from IBM. Gordon further enhanced their expertise by obtaining the certification of IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Datacap v9.0 from IBM Services in June 2019.
