Roger Fish has a diverse work experience in various positions within the mining and energy industries. Roger started their career at Trapper Mining Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer from 1987 to 1991. Roger then joined The North American Coal Corporation and held various positions from 1991 to 2005. Following that, they worked at TransAlta as a Manager/Director, Mine Engineering from 2005 to 2007, and later as a Director, Mine Operations from 2007 to 2008. Roger then served as the Director, Land Management and Planning from 2008 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they took on the role of Mine Manager/Director, responsible for operations, permitting, planning, and environmental compliance.
