Roger Fish

Roger Fish has a diverse work experience in various positions within the mining and energy industries. Roger started their career at Trapper Mining Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer from 1987 to 1991. Roger then joined The North American Coal Corporation and held various positions from 1991 to 2005. Following that, they worked at TransAlta as a Manager/Director, Mine Engineering from 2005 to 2007, and later as a Director, Mine Operations from 2007 to 2008. Roger then served as the Director, Land Management and Planning from 2008 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they took on the role of Mine Manager/Director, responsible for operations, permitting, planning, and environmental compliance. Subsequently, they worked as the Director, Centralia Commercial Operations from 2011 to 2014, accountable for commercial operations and leading major projects. Since 2014, Roger Fish has been the Senior Vice President Development at ENCINA.

Roger Fish received a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines in 1982. Roger later pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Mining Engineering in 1987.
