David Lang has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked at TrustPoint Technologies as the Head of Customer & Operations. Prior to that, David founded ScheduleC Software, where they developed financial tools for the service industry. David also worked at EdCast as the Head of Customer Success for the MyGuide Product, where they facilitated the adoption of customized Saas applications and implemented ML AI-based content recommendations. David was the Head of Customer Success at the Syncplicity Business Unit of EMC, responsible for strategy and overseeing customer success teams. David served as a Board Member at Shadow Brook Swim Club and HOA, and held several leadership positions at YouSendIt, Axway, and Tumbleweed Communications, focusing on customer support, technical services, and management. David also worked as a System Administrator at Skerven Morrill McPhereson Franklin Friel LLP, and founded Spiderweb Publishing, developing custom websites for small businesses.

David Lang attended San Jose State University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.
