Alex Hill

Alex Hill is an accomplished asset management professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Enclave since October 2024, Alex previously held various positions at Ryan Companies US, Inc. from October 2017 to October 2024, including Manager of Asset Management for Multifamily, and multiple roles in asset management and acquisitions. Alex began career at JLL as an Associate and developed foundational skills as a student technician leader at the University of St. Thomas, where significant improvements in departmental productivity were achieved. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of St. Thomas, completed in 2017.
