Ben Thiel

Ben Thiel is an experienced Superintendent currently employed at Enclave since February 2023. Prior to this role, Thiel served as a Superintendent at Dering Pierson Group, LLC from November 2021 to January 2023 and held the same title at Weis Builders from April 2013 to September 2021. Thiel's career began at Bassett Mechanical, where roles included Assistant Project Manager from 2011 to 2013 and Project Manager Assistant in a summer internship in 2010. Additionally, Thiel gained early experience as an Assistant Project Superintendent intern at Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. from 2005 to 2007 while attending college. Thiel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and graduated from Ripon High School in 2005.
