Joe Scheidecker

Joe Scheidecker has a diverse background in accounting and finance, spanning multiple roles within various organizations. Starting as a Youth Counselor at Catholic Charities from 2002 to 2006, Joe transitioned to a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from North Dakota State University, completed in 2008. From May 2008 to January 2009, Joe served as an Accounting Assistant at Wanzek Construction, where responsibilities included payroll processing and assistance with fixed asset allocations. Joe continued to build expertise at Ergodyne in several positions, including Cost Analytics Specialist and Senior Financial Reporting & Analysis Specialist, before becoming the Associate Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting Manager. From November 2017 to January 2024, Joe worked as Accounting Manager at Guardian Energy Hankinson, directing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring timely financial reporting. Currently, Joe holds the position of Controller at Enclave, bringing extensive experience in financial management and team leadership to the role.
