Tricia Schill

Tricia Schill has extensive work experience in human resources. Tricia began their career as a Manager at Just Like Grandma's Bed and Breakfast in 2003 and continued in that role until 2012. In 2013, they worked at Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. as a Human Resources employee until 2014 when they joined Auer Steel & Heating Supply Company Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist. Schill then joined Enclave as a Human Resources Manager in 2019 and was promoted to the role of Human Resources Director in July 2022.

Tricia Schill received their Bachelor of Science degree in Management – Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University. Tricia attended the university from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Tricia obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2023.
