ENCLEAN provides an upfront mold prevention solution delivering home builders a cost effective and permanent solution to eliminating and preventing frame stage mold. ENCLEAN stops mold contamination before it has a chance to begin with its microbe shield technology. Cutting the cost of traditional, non-effective mold remediation by as much as one-third, and increasing peace-of-mind by a decade, ENCLEAN's mold prevention program uses an extraordinary EPA-registered product, environmentally-safe, anti-microbial base coating that prohibits the growth of mold on any surface to which it is applied.

Quite simply our service both eliminates existing mold and prevents mold from developing in the future. When building in Florida, it is virtually impossible to prevent water intrusion before the structure is dried in, we are the solution to a builder’s mold concerns.

Upon arrival at your construction site, our technicians inspect the entire structure and clean any visible mold. We then apply our antimicrobial coating to all wood framing using foggers/misters that can reach heights of 35 feet. With this type of firepower, we can usually apply our coating in less than an hour’s time to an average sized home. We will also work after hours or weekends to avoid disrupting your construction process.
