Kynnedy Smith

Kynnedy Smith is an accomplished individual pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Columbia University. Current roles include Research Intern at Microsoft, where interdisciplinary investigations focus on accessibility and machine learning, and Alumni Advisory Council Member for Girls Who Code, advocating for inclusivity in tech. Kynnedy also serves as Course Assistant for User Interface Design, conducts research at the Computational Design Lab, and is recognized as an Amazon Future Engineer, contributing to software development engineering internships at Amazon and Google. Leadership roles include President and Chief Editor of the Columbia Undergraduate Science Journal and Founder/CEO of The Dream Scholars, while also participating as a Career Prep Fellow with Management Leadership for Tomorrow and as an Emerging Technologies Board Member at Fidutam.
