Allison Wright

Allison Wright has a diverse range of work experience. Allison started their career at Dairy Queen in 2018 as a Crew Member, where they focused on customer service, order preparation, and maintaining health inspection standards. Allison then interned at DPS Group Global in 2020 as a Vector Manufacturing Intern, supporting Encoded Therapeutics. In this role, they created process flow diagrams, assembled equipment lists, and communicated with vendors. Allison also worked as a Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University in 2020, overseeing lab sessions and guiding students in experimental design and mechanical modeling. Currently, they are employed at Encoded Therapeutics Inc. as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer, starting in July 2021 and transitioning to a Manufacturing Engineer role in September 2022.
