Li Yu has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. They most recently served as the VP of Finance at Encodia, Inc. starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held roles such as VP Controller/Principal Accounting Officer at Oncocyte Corporation from May 2021 to June 2022 and VP, Corporate Controller at Acacia Research from April 2020 to May 2021. They also worked as a Controller at Key Data Systems (SaaS) from March 2018 to March 2019, an Assistant Controller at Lantronix from February 2014 to December 2017, and an Assistant Controller at Conexant from January 2009 to July 2012. Li Yu holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accountancy from Wake Forest University. They are also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the California Board of Accountancy.
