Encodia
Mark co-founded Illumina in 1998 and served as Vice President of Genomics and Informatics. His career includes serving as Director of Genetics Research at Affymetrix and CEO/CSO of Prognosys Biosciences before co-founding Encodia.
He holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of New South Wales and a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge. He is an inventor on over 100 issued US patents.
