Erik Dibbern has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Erik is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Encodify since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of CTO at Omada A/S from May 2018 until September 2022. Before joining Omada A/S, Erik worked as the CTO at Bambwa from September 2017 to May 2018. Erik also had a notable tenure at 24-7 Entertainment, where they served as the CEO/CTO from January 2015 to June 2017 and as CTO from February 2011 to December 2014. Additionally, Erik held the position of Director of Research & Development at ScanJour from April 2009 to February 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked at Microsoft as an Architect/Development Manager from an unknown start date to April 2009 and also served as an Evangelist from an unknown start date to 2004. Erik has also held the role of Director of Development at Web500 from an unknown start date to 2002. Erik began their career as a Software Developer at Aston R&D (CDM Gruppen) from an unknown start date to 2000 and as a Senior Software Engineer at Cincom Systems from an unknown start date to 1999. Erik started their professional journey as a Sound Engineer at FX Studio I/S from an unknown start date to 1995.
Erik Dibbern attended school at Boholteskolen from 1974 to 1983. Erik then went on to study at Køge Amts Gymnasium from 1983 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Erik holds a certification as a Professional Scrum Master: PSM I.
