Khalid Ahmed

Khalid Ahmed is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned finance leader with over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at EncompaaS Software Limited. In this role, Khalid oversees the full finance function across five group entities, focusing on areas such as capital raising, M&A, financial planning, and risk management. Previously, Khalid held key positions including Financial Reporting Manager at THE ICONIC, Financial Controller at New Balance, and Head of Finance at m-View Live Video. Khalid has also contributed to the Finance Leader Advisory Council, providing insights on in-house finance team challenges. Khalid earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
