LaBlue Tom has over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Catastrophe Claims Field Agent Advocate and Claims Manager at Encompass Insurance since January 2004. Prior to this role, LaBlue Tom spent 15 years at Allstate Insurance Company, progressing from Claims Representative to Unit Claim Manager between July 1982 and December 2003. LaBlue Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Accounting from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, earned between 1978 and 1982.
