Peter Smith is an experienced Business Improvement Manager and consultant with a diverse background in training, facilitation, and organizational development. From 2000 to 2004, Peter managed national business process improvements at Manpower, where responsibilities included designing leadership training and strategic planning. Since 2006, Peter has served as a facilitator, coach, and mentor, partnering with leading organizations such as the Langley Group and Conversant to provide training in emotional intelligence and represent materials in the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, Peter has delivered training for Hemsley Fraser and EnCompass LLC, focusing on leadership development and management programs for entities like the United Nations Secretariat.
