Andy Blomfelt

Andy Blomfelt has diverse work experience in both technology and education sectors. At Encompass Technologies, they served as a Product Design Lead from 2019 to the present. In this role, they developed and implemented a design system and language for multiple products used by over 2 million users. Andy successfully led development teams across different countries to implement design systems, ecommerce sites, and other products. Additionally, they assisted marketing teams with rebranding efforts, including public site design and rebuilding design systems. Prior to this, Andy worked as a Developer at Encompass Technologies from August 2020 to July 2021, and as a Developer Intern from December 2019 to August 2020. In 2019, Andy also worked as a Music/Conducting Instructor at Fossil Ridge High School, where they instructed and mentored the Fossil Ridge HS Marching Band, contributing to their three-time state championship.

Andy Blomfelt holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Composition from Colorado State University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certification in Continuous UX Research from The Fountain Institute in February 2023, and in Product Management Foundations from Product Institute in January 2022.
