Lee Pearson is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Encompass Technologies, Pearson previously held the same title at Appspace, where significant achievements included managing a key acquisition and transitioning substantial annual recurring revenue to the Appspace platform. Experience also includes serving as Director of Sales Operations & Analytics at Axalta, where Pearson drove sales force redesign and performance improvements, as well as Director of Sales & Marketing at SICOM Systems, Inc., leading modernizations and business growth.
