Michael Hepp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Michael began their career as a Student Loan Advisor at UNISA in 2016. In 2017, they joined Apto as a Business Development Representative before transitioning to UNISA as an Account Manager and later as a Client Relations & Operations Manager. In 2019, they joined brightfin as a Customer Success Manager, where they worked until 2021. Currently, Michael is employed as a Customer Success Manager at Encompass Technologies, starting in 2021.

Michael Hepp attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. In 2014, they also received a Certification in Applied Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.
