Karen Rynes is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with extensive experience in driving brand awareness, growth, and engagement. They began their career as a Conference Coordinator and advanced to various marketing roles, including Marketing Director at NetworkIP, where they played a key role in achieving significant revenue growth. Most recently, they serve as the Senior Marketing Manager for North America at Encompass Corporation, developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies. Karen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University, which they are currently pursuing.
