Currently serving as the Head of Observability at Encompass Corporation, they have previously held roles as Director at HTSUK and Splunk Architect at Connectt. Nick has contributed to the world’s first global payment processing platform certified for Level 1 PCI DSS, and has significant experience in cloud migrations and security intelligence deployments. They hold a BSc(hons) in Applied Computing from the University of East Anglia.
