Patrick Joiner

Patrick Joiner has extensive work experience in various roles within the customer success and account management fields. Patrick is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Encompass Corporation since January 2022. Prior to that, Patrick worked at FICO as a CCS Solution Success Senior Associate Partner for the EMEA region from June 2019 to December 2021. Patrick also has experience as a Senior Account Manager at TSYS Managed Services EMEA from May 2018 to June 2019. Before that, Patrick held positions at Cabot Credit Management and Apex Credit Management, where they served as a Senior Client Relationship Manager and Client Services Manager, respectively. Patrick started their career in the hospitality industry, working at No.1 Shakespeare St. as a Bar Tender and The Lygon Arms Hotel in various roles.

Patrick Joiner attended Chipping Campden Comprehensive & 6th Form from 1994 to 2001. Patrick went on to study FDA Business Management at Bournemouth University from 2003 to 2005.
