Stuart Aird is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of People at Encompass Corporation. With a strong background in recruitment and strategic HR initiatives, Stuart has successfully scaled teams globally, overseeing talent acquisition in diverse locations including Amsterdam and New York. Prior to joining Encompass, Stuart held various roles ranging from Owner of G.A.P Services to positions with Teleperformance UK and FPSG, where they excelled as a Managing Consultant and were recognized as a finalist in multiple recruitment awards.
