Michael Ellul

Michael Ellul is an experienced Operations Manager at Encon Insulation & Nevill Long since February 2005, where responsibilities include managing health and safety, environment, quality, warehouse, transport, and daily operations to ensure efficient business performance and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Royal Engineer in HM Forces from January 1999 to February 2005. Michael’s education encompasses various institutions focusing on military engineering and hospitality, alongside an achievement of an Apprenticeship Level 3 Diploma in Management and an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Management in the business sector from First for Skills, completed in 2016.
