Jeff Junge is an experienced sales and operations leader currently serving as Division Sales Manager at Encōr Solar since July 2022. Previously, Jeff held the position of Director of Operations at Budget Plumbing from September 2019 to January 2023, and worked as a Construction Foreman at DaBella during the same period. Jeff has also served as a Sales Manager, focusing on empowering others through training and leadership development. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Manager at T-Mobile from August 2016 to April 2018. Jeff Junge attended Utah Valley University from 2012 to 2014.
