Encora builds verified return infrastructure for retailers, malls, logistics partners, and circular economy programs.

Our core product, Encora RetAI, is a smart return hub that verifies returned items at the point of handoff — before refund, routing, resale, or recycling decisions are made.

Today, most returns are accepted with limited verification. Retailers often do not know whether the right item came back, whether it matches the return authorization, what condition it is in, or how it should be routed until later in the process. That creates fraud risk, labor cost, inventory delays, and missed recovery value.

RetAI is designed to change that.

A customer scans a return authorization, places the item into a controlled intake chamber, and Encora captures structured return data using imaging, weight, rules, and item-level verification logic. Each return becomes a verified data event that can support refund decisions, fraud reduction, resale routing, recycling, reverse logistics, and compliance reporting.

Encora is especially focused on high-return categories where labor, fraud, condition grading, and recovery value matter: apparel, footwear, consumer goods, marketplace returns, mall-based returns, and distributed return networks.

We are currently evaluating select retail, logistics, and property partners for pilot deployments.
