Shayley Sergeant

Shayley Sergeant is a seasoned professional in event technology and audio-visual coordination with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as the Director of Event Technology at Encore APAC since November 2021, Shayley has previously held roles as an Audio Visual Technician at Bankstown Sports Club from October 2009 to August 2021, and as an Audio Visual Coordinator at The University of Sydney, where technical operations for events at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music were managed. Additional experience includes working as an Audio Visual Technician with Video Replay Systems and Total Concept Production Pty Ltd, along with a foundational role as a Technical Assistant at The University of Sydney. Shayley holds a Master of Design Science in Audio and Acoustics from the University of Sydney, an Advanced Diploma in Audio Engineering and Sound Production from JMC Academy, and a Diploma in Audio Engineering from SAE Institute.
