Stephen Dingley is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in the entertainment and event management sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology (CIO) for Encore APAC since February 2022, Stephen leads technology services across eight countries and collaborates with colleagues in the Americas and EMEA. Previous roles include Managing Director at Lakekist Consultancy Ltd, Head of Technical Services at PMY. Group, and Director of Building Services at Wynn Macau, where Stephen oversaw technology design and implementation for significant hospitality projects. Stephen's expertise extends to developing business technology solutions and infrastructure, having held key roles at Melco Crown Entertainment and City of Dreams Macau. Stephen Dingley holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Microelectronic Engineering from Griffith University and an ongoing MBA from the University of Technology Sydney. Additional qualifications include trade certifications in electrical fitting and risk management.
