Alejandro Peña

Alejandro Peña is an experienced professional in event technology and business development, currently serving as the Director of Event Technology II at Encore since November 2022. Prior to this role, Alejandro worked as a Business Development Consultant at Easy Biz Tech, LLC, and as a Database Engineer for Evia Events, focusing on hybrid and virtual event solutions. Previous experience includes a stint as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Code Fellows and ownership roles at Easy Lawn Care & Landscaping LLC and PNW Trade Post. Alejandro has a military background as a Navy Recruiter and Avionics Computer Electrician, and has technical experience in audio and visual equipment as a technician and DJ. Educational credentials include advanced training in software engineering from Code Fellows and an Associate of Science in Electronics Technology from Coastline College.
