Dave Park is a Director of Event Technology with over twenty years of experience in leading sales and operations teams to surpass revenue and profitability goals. Currently, they manage a successful team focused on delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with venue personnel. Past roles include General Manager at Production Resource Group and Manager of Operations at Encore, where they optimized processes and enhanced customer experiences. They possess expertise in logistics, operations management, and team development, continually promoting accountability and continuous improvement in their work environment. Dave studied Psychology at The University of Texas at Arlington and is currently pursuing further education at Central Texas College.
