Geoff Small

Geoff Small serves as Vice President of Production Operations, Project Management, and Event Solutions at Encore since January 2021, where responsibilities include developing and executing production deployment strategies aligned with organizational growth and profitability goals. Prior to this, Geoff Small held various leadership roles at PSAV from September 2003 to January 2021, including Vice President of Event Solutions and Event Execution, and Divisional Vice President for the Northeast, focusing on operational oversight, strategic growth opportunities, and team development. Additionally, Geoff Small has experience managing New England operations and supervising directors of event technology. Early in the career, Geoff Small worked in multiple roles at Presentation Services/AVHQ/TAVS/Caribiner from 1999 to 2003 and served as Area Director in Boston for PSAV from 2001 to 2003. Geoff Small holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Theory and Technology from Stockton University, earned between 1985 and 1992.
