J Schaefer

J Schaefer is an experienced professional in the film and event production industries, currently serving as Lead Cameraman and Lead Projectionist at Encore since November 2022. With a career spanning over two decades, J has held various roles including forklift operator, camera operator, lighting designer, master electrician, and producer. Notable projects include producing the feature film "Blood Was Everywhere" and directing several short films and music videos. J's extensive skills encompass all aspects of event production, utilizing expertise as a consultant for complex production challenges. Additionally, J is a writer with ongoing poetry projects and has a rich background in theatre acting, performing in numerous productions. J holds a Bachelor’s degree in Film/Theatre from Emerson College and has participated in specialized master classes in film and theater.
