Jillian Smith

Jillian Smith is an experienced professional in executive administration and event management, currently serving as the Director of the Office of the CEO at Encore since August 2021. In this role, Jillian oversees creative and production services to enhance event experiences. Prior to Encore, Jillian spent over a decade with the Chicago Blackhawks, progressing through multiple roles including Director of Executive Administration, where responsibilities spanned project management, executive support, and VIP hospitality. Jillian's career in sports organizations began with the Chicago Bears, providing premium customer service on gamedays. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Carthage College.
