John Leposa

John Leposa, CTS, CMP, is the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Encore, where they focus on partnerships with Gaylord Hotels and Marriott. They previously held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Operations at PSAV and Regional Director of Operations at MVP International, supporting multiple Marriott properties. John has extensive experience in event technology, having served as Director of Event Technology at Marriott and Technical Director for Crystal Cruises. They began their career as an engineer at D & D Recording in New York City and have been involved in the entertainment industry since the late 1980s. John studied Computer Science at Elizabethtown College and Multi-track Recording Technology at the Institute of Audio Research.
