Jorge U. is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in production and storytelling across various media platforms. Currently serving as Group Director at Encore since August 2019, Jorge has transformed the Creative Content Studio into a revenue-generating division, emphasizing a storytelling-centric approach. Concurrently, as a Global Creative Consultant at Tiptoe Echo, Jorge partners with brands to enhance their creative strategies and production efforts. Previously, roles included Executive Producer for AT&T at Dieste Inc., where Jorge led multicultural campaign production, and Director & Head of Production at URDIAIN Production Boutique, where impactful advertising campaigns were developed for major clients. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Universidad Iberoamericana.
