Loukas V. has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Director of IT EMEA at Encore since November 2019, where leadership of a 15-member IT team is crucial for delivering services to 1250 users across the region. Prior to this role, Loukas held positions including Solutions Architect at Informa, facilitating business requirements and infrastructure integration, and Global Infrastructure Manager at UBM plc, overseeing a £12M operational budget and managing extensive IT operations across multiple geographic locations. With a foundational background that includes roles as Head of IT Infrastructure and Systems Manager at UBM, as well as previous experience at KWELM Management Services Limited, Thomson Reuters, and Deloitte UK, Loukas possesses a comprehensive skill set in IT management, project implementation, and team leadership. Loukas holds a Master of Science in Business Systems Analysis & Design from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from King's College London.
