Michael MacKey

Michael Mackey is a seasoned professional in event management and technical operations, currently serving as the Regional Rigging Manager at Encore since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing a diverse team and delivering quality service for large-scale events in the North West US and Canadian markets. Prior experience includes a role as District Performance Manager at Sunrun, overseeing the performance of solar energy systems in Northern California, and various positions at PSAV, where Michael coordinated extensive event rigging and project management. Earlier roles include Field Technician at Thresher Communication & Productivity, Inc. and Audio Technician at Paramount's Great America. Michael holds a B.A.S. in Sound Arts from Expression College for Digital Arts and an A.A. in General Studies from Las Positas College.
