Richard Fields

Richard Fields is a Regional Manager of Event Solutions at Encore, where they contribute their extensive experience in project management and theatre production. They held various roles including Senior Project Manager and Director of Operations at Encore, and previously served as a Resident Designer and Technical Director at Project 891 Theatre. Richard has also worked as a Freelance Lighting Designer and Master Electrician for Ars Luminibus Productions, LLC, and gained valuable experience as an Electrics Apprentice at Steppenwolf Theatre Company. They earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design from Baylor University and a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre from Temple University.
