Robert Neapolitan is a seasoned professional in event technology and theatre production, currently serving as the Director of Event Technology at Encore since December 2022. With extensive experience in various roles, including Technical Supervisor and Executive Producer at Growing Stages Theatre Co., Robert has demonstrated a commitment to innovative storytelling and audience engagement. As a member of the Actors' Equity Association, Robert has also held positions such as Stage Manager and Co-Producer at Theater at St. Johns, managing multiple productions with diverse casts and crews. Robert's background is complemented by education in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Marymount California University, enhancing a well-rounded approach to the arts.
