Rodney Ball is an experienced Area Director of Venues with a diverse background in operations management and team development across various companies. They previously managed a local branch with sales exceeding $7 million annually, overseeing multiple operational responsibilities and significantly improving productivity and revenue through process streamlining. Rodney has also held roles such as Director of Operations and Show Services Manager, managing staff and logistics for numerous events. They hold a B.F.A in Theater Arts from Texas State University and an RTF degree from San Antonio College.
