Ryan Reschke

Ryan Reschke is an experienced event technology professional currently serving as the Director of Event Technology II at Encore since January 2016. In this role, Ryan manages daily event technology operations, overseeing equipment setup and teardown for large conferences, weddings, and social events, while also handling event sales and logistics. Prior to Encore, Ryan worked as the Manager of Event Technology at Aimbridge Hospitality and as an Event Technology Supervisor at Marriott International, where responsibilities included overseeing the Event Technology Department and assisting with high-profile events at the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel. Ryan began the career as an Event Technology Technician and has also served as an IT Assistant at Spitzer Automotive Group, gaining valuable technical support skills. Ryan holds an educational background from Valley Forge, completing studies from 2002 to 2006.
