Simon Giles

Simon Giles is an experienced professional in event technology and sales, currently serving as Senior Director of Event Technology at Encore since March 2017. In this role, Simon leads initiatives to enhance event experiences and ensure client satisfaction through strategic revenue growth and team management. Prior to Encore, Simon held the position of Senior Sales Director at PSAV, where responsibilities included collaborating with major companies to fulfill their audio and video requirements for large conferences. Additionally, Simon has a background as Director of Sales at Guy-Tek Inc, where expertise in audio/video systems integration was developed. Earlier career highlights include General Manager positions at Elephant Bar Restaurant and Brinker International, managing multiple locations in the Los Angeles area. Simon holds a BS in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Worcester.
