Sunyoung Lee

Sunyoung Lee, MHRIR, is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Experience includes serving as a Human Resources Intern at Core-Mark International, where a standardized onboarding program and training curriculum were created for over 2000 employees. Sunyoung held the position of Assistant Manager at Ozu Ramen, managing recruitment and employee performance. As a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago, data management and analysis were performed, contributing to significant research endeavors. Positions at Brunswick Corporation and Navico Group involved leading HR initiatives, engagement surveys, and managing employee relations for hundreds of employees across multiple states.
