Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Venues at PSAV since 2012, Tim Gray oversees operations for more than twenty hotel audio-visual offices in Chicago, focusing on strategic planning, customer service, financial growth, and team member relations. Prior to PSAV, Tim Gray held various leadership roles at Swank Audio Visuals from 1999 to 2012, including Regional Manager and Area Manager, where responsibilities similarly encompassed hotel relations and operational management across numerous locations. Tim Gray's career began at Vision King, managing audio-visual services at the Ritz Carlton Cleveland, further solidifying expertise in live event production and guest satisfaction.
